Kelly and Mark's Wedding!!

They're MARRIED!!! Yep, Mark and Kelly were married Saturday May 15th in Chicago! The whole week was so fun and I was honored to stand next to Kelly on her big day. We had a lot of family and friends there to share in the day with Kelly and Mark and it couldn't have been more perfect. Kelly looked beautiful of course and the entire wedding was gorgeous. We spent the week doing bridal luncheons, BBQ's, nails, rehearsal dinners, and so much more. Isaac did awesome during the whole trip and just went along with all the chaos:) Caleb was basically in charge of Isaac the whole time since I had a lot of "Matron of Honor" duties and I was so appreciative of that. Caleb also got to go to a Cubs game which may have been the highlight of his week there. It was so fun getting to meet all of Mark's family and friends and hearing all the great stories. Seeing my Aunt, Uncle and cousins from North Carolina was also a highlight and I was so glad they could make it! All in all the week was awesome and the wedding was so much fun (especially all the dancing:) ! Congratulations Mark and Kelly! We love you!

Mother's Day and Baby Dedication

My very first Mother's Day was truly special this year and I was not only able to spend it with Isaac and Caleb but also my parents and Caleb's parents. They came in town Saturday and we grilled salmon and spent the evening catching up and watching Isaac play of course :) On Sunday we had a dedication ceremony at our church for Isaac. We feel very blessed to have a wonderful church to raise Isaac in and it was such a special moment to commit to raising him in a Godly home surrounded by our family, friends, and church community. He looked so cute in his suit (thanks nana :) ) and had his usual sweet smile on his face. Afterwards we grilled out and spent some more great time with our family. It was a perfect Mother's Day:)
